The PJ Strategy Master Class on July 1st was tropically warm 😉 But also very useful, with great questions from the audience about the Strategic Team Process. Thanks to all CEOs, directors and MT members for choosing this story from practice on the hottest day of the year. The Strategic Team Process is the strategic foundation that we build together with the people in a company between the vision, mission, ambitions/strategy and the implementation. This strategic foundation will relevantly improve the implementation and also sharpen the vision, mission, ambitions/strategy.
