Last week we ran a one-day ”pressure cooking” strategic Business Game through the VRC – Association of Registered Controllers. Under pressure, with too little information, making strategic decisions to grow a company strategically towards more EBIT, revenue, and share value.
4 teams (with a total of 12 participants) competed against each other on this day over 3 rounds, where in each round a new team took the lead…
Of course, everyone wins because, as they say, the team that comes last learns the most😊 But the ultimate winners were the team of Tonnie Buurman, Arjan Verberkmoes, and Gerko van Dalen RC
